Manson Washington

On February 19th, we then headed to Manson Washington, this was approximately a 5.5 hour journey. It wasn't to bad, as we stopped a few places along the way. It was a nice drive, to see Oregon on one side of the river, and then to cross the river to Washington. We got there in the evening, and this time we had a real fire place. It was so nice, because we even had all the chopped wood that we could use. In the morning, we woke up to the snow-capped cascade mountains, it was breath-taking, and overlooking Lake Chelan. This resort was located on the banks of the river, and we had a lake view. At this location, there was an ice-skating rink, put-put golf, an indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. I woke up to my brewed coffee at the club house. Here, Phillip enrolled at the Manson school which had from 6th grade to 12th graders. He met a lot of new friends and enjoyed, He wanted to stay there. We also went snowboarding at Echo Valley. Here are some of the pictures.
