Union Washington

Our 3rd week, we headed to Blue Heron Resort in Union Washington, the county of Mason. On Sunday, we headed to Olympia, and Tacoma. From Blue Heron it was a 4.5 hr drive. Again, this resort is located across the road from a lake, and there are so much oysters and clams to pick. Your walking on oyster bedshells. At low tide, you can walk and pick them up. At this resort, there is a fire place, and a club house that includes a sauna, jacuzzi, swimmngpool, pool-table, foose ball, and table tennis. We are the few people here, and again I signed Phillip up to go to school. Hood River Elementary is located on an Skokomish Indian Reservation, and about 40% of the students are of the Skokomish tribe. A casino is located right down the road from the school.
